Continuing its impressive performance of outstanding achievement in Customer Service, Sumter Regional Hospital�s Outpatient Surgery department recently ranked #1 in the latest SatisQuest results. Sumter Regional Hospital�s Outpatient Surgery department ranked first overall with a score of ranked #1 among all the hospitals involved in the SatisQuest survey. With an aggregate score of 96.9 (out of 100), SRH was able to top the other 11 hospitals that were surveyed for the 2nd quarter of 2006. SRH has ranked in the top 3 of this category since joining SatisQuest in 2004. Click here for the report.
