A Hospitalist is a physician who is specifically trained to manage your care while in a hospital. Our Hospitalist is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and works closely with your Primary Care Physician and any specialist consulting on your care. This physician will follow you from admission through your discharge. The Hospitalist does not replace your Primary Care Physician or specialist(s).
